Strategy playbook
Write each strategy down once. Pick it on every trade, and the numbers show you which one pays.

Two minutes to set up. Then it runs itself.
Keep this page somewhere you'll find it
Bookmark it, or add it to your phone's home screen. Use the same browser on the same device every time, because that is where your journal is saved.
See it with example trades
Open the menu (the three dots at the top) and pick See it with example trades. It fills the journal with made-up trades so you can see every chart working. Nothing you enter is touched, and you leave the example with one click.
Log your trades
Click Log trade. Fill in the pair, win or loss, the date, long or short, the strategy, the PnL % and the profit in dollars. A loss is a negative number, for example -1 and -100. Profit sets win or loss for you.
Add your chart screenshot
Open any trade and drop your screenshot into the box, click it to pick a file, or just paste it with Ctrl/⌘ + V. Seeing the chart next to the result is how you spot what your best trades have in common.
Write the journal part
Under each trade: did you follow your plan, how you felt, why you took it, how you managed it and the lesson. Thirty seconds, right after the trade, while it's fresh.
Plan your strategies
In Strategies, name each one and fill it in: the concept, the ideal market conditions, your entry checklist, your invalidation rules and an example chart. Then pick it on every trade.
Read your dashboard once a week
Which strategy pays you, which day of the week is your best, whether your equity curve is climbing, and what your losing trades have in common. Do more of what works, and less of the rest.
happy trading, sky
Where your journal is saved
Every change saves itself in this browser on this device, the moment you make it. Nothing is uploaded anywhere, so only you can see it.
On iPhone or iPad: add this page to your Home Screen (Share, then Add to Home Screen) and open it from there. Safari can clear a website's saved data if you don't visit it for 7 days, and the Home Screen version is kept.
Clearing your browser history or site data, a private window, or a different browser or device will not have your trades. So once a week, open the menu and pick Download backup. To move to a new device, pick Restore from backup there.
